Calling all cowboys and cowgirls, this roast is for you. This is a post roast blend of Medium and Dark roasted beans. You'll get the punch of dark roast and the smoothness of medium roast. Back in the wild west days coffee was roasted very inconsistently, as they did not have professional grade roasting machines. So this roast is a tribute to the cowboys and cowgirls of the old wild west, just a bit more consistent.

Make yourself some cowboy coffee over the fire, throw some in a percolator (our favorite camping coffee method) or brew it at home in your coffee pot.
