Shipping policy
All our coffee (including K-Cups) are roasted to order. Meaning when you place your order, we then roast, package and ship your order. With this, we do ask you allow us 3-5 days to process your order to ship. Our shipping is as follows:
The order to ship time is generally 3-5 business days.
Ship to delivery is generally 1-5 business days.
The result is coffee arriving to your customer right at the peak of flavor.
We unfortunately do not offer expedited shipping. Due to the amount of orders, we are unable to speed up our processing times. We will do our best to ensure you get your coffee as quick as possible.

If you have made a mistake in your shipping information, please contact us immediately at altitudecoffeeutah@gmail.com. We will do our best to correct the information, depending on how soon you contact us. We cannot guarantee we will be able to fix your shipping issue as we work with a 3rd party distributer and have to reach out to them within a certain time frame to fix the order. We will do everything we can to make right with the situation.
