Ever heard of the Placebo effect? Doctors use this when testing new drugs or other pharmaceuticals. The act of taking something and believing it has the same affect as the actual product itself. That is how we see decaf coffee. Drink this to avoid the caffeine, while still enjoying a nice cup of coffee. The placebo effect may come in place to wake you up, without the effects that caffeine has.  

Our decaf coffee is decaffeinated with a process called "Swiss Water Process" This allows us to withdraw the caffeine without the use of nasty chemicals like other store bought coffees. There will be no chemical tastes giving you a nice rich cup of real coffee, just without the caffeine. Medium roasted single origin from Peru.
